COAH CONTINUES TO LIVE WITH COURT’S LATEST RULING

An attempt to abolish COAH hit another road block on Monday. The Supreme Court in New Jersey ruled that a lower court’s decision will stand until the case is heard in full. Gov. Chris Christie pushed for and got the abolishment of the Council on Affordable Housing. A lower court ruled that it was illegally done. The Supreme Court will hear the case and make the final judgment.
