CLOWN THREAT RESULTS IN 11 YEAR OLD BUSTED IN LOWER TWP.

Another creepy clown arrest, this time it happened in Lower Township and involves an 11 year old child.  Lower Township Police say an 11 year old girl allegedly sent two threats to another 11 year old girl with a photo attached of a clown’s face.  The child was charged with making terroristic threats and harassment.
