Millville native Mike Trout will likely hear a nice response when he steps to the plate in Philadelphia, despite being on the visiting team. The Millville Development Corp. sold out of its 3,750 in tickets for the game on May 13 when the Los Angles Angels visit Philadelphia. The tickets were being sold as apart of a fundraiser for the agency. Many local residents wanted the chance to see a home town boy play at Citizens Bank Park. Trout has made a lot of noise since being called up to the major leagues, and recently signed a 6-year, $144.5 million extension with the Angels.
