Lower Township lit up its Christmas tree on Tuesday night. The event opened inside the Recreation Center with music from the Lower Cape May Regional High School Choir. The Righteous Ringers, a children’s bell ringing group from Seashore Community Church of the Nazarene, delighted the audience with two Christmas carols. Senator Jeff Van Drew and Assemblyman Bob Andrzejczak honored the township’s veterans and offered Christmas greetings to the crowd.
