CHRISTIE VETOES BILL THAT AUTOMATICALLY REGISTERS YOU TO VOTE

Governor Christie has soundly rejected a new law that would automatically register you to vote when you re-up your New Jersey driver’s license.  Christie criticized lawmakers who supported the bill, saying it’s a “cocktail for fraud”.  Lawmakers who supported it say it helped with the democratic process of getting people to vote.
