New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is asking a state judge to toss out various lawsuits that attack his attempts at pension reforms. The Christie Administration filed court papers on Tuesday asking Superior Court judge Mary Jacobsen to throw out lawsuits brought on by public workers unions in the state. Christie has proposed slashing $2.25 billion in pension contributions to just $681 million.
