CHRISTIE TO APPEAL SAME SEX MARRIAGE RULING

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie plans on appealing a decision that opens the door for gay marriage in the Garden State.  Christie’s office announced over the weekend that the governor has always been in favor of putting the issue on the ballot; lawmakers didn’t make that happen so Christie plans on appealing the ruling by a Superior Court judge on Friday.  The same sex marriage law is expected to take effect October 21st.
