It won’t just be a local investigation looking into a disable army vet being kicked off the North Wildwood boardwalk. Gov. Chris Christie said on Twitter Sunday that he advised the state Attorney General John Hoffman to look into the case. North Wildwood police already said they were launching an internal investigation. Jared Goering says he was disrespected by a North Wildwood police officer and issued a summons for bringing a dog to the boardwalk. The veteran suffers from PTSD and was a victim of IEDs while serving in the Middle East and needs the dog to help him walk and use stairs.
