Presidential contender Chris Christie is supporting a controversial proposal that he didn’t take a position on while only Gov. Chris Christie. Christie previously wouldn’t say whether he supported drug testing recipients of public assistance but has since changed his mind in a move that will appeal to the far right of the Republican party. Christie said during a town hall meeting this month in New Hampshire that he supports the proposal. Some argue it won’t do a lot but waste money on the tests.
