Synthetic marijuana is now outlawed in the State of New Jersey. Governor Chris Christie signed a new bill into law Monday that bans the possession or sale of synthetic marijuana commonly known as K2 or spice. Anyone caught selling more than one ounce of synthetic marijuana could get up to ten years prison. Selling the drug is a second degree crime, while possession will be a third or fourth degree crime.
