Gov. Chris Christie is again claiming that he had no knowledge of lane closures that appear to have been ordered by his office. A high ranking staff member sent an e-mail that called for lane closures for Fort Lee at the George Washington Bridge. Christie in the statement said “…I am outraged and deeply saddened to learn that not only was I misled by a member of my staff, but this completely inappropriate and unsanctioned conduct was made without my knowledge…” Democrats want a full investigation into what the governor did and didn’t know about what is being referred to as “Bridgegate.”
