CHRISTIE PUSHES BACK SIGNING OF DREAM ACT

The ceremonial signing of the DREAM Act that set to take place on Monday has been delayed. Gov. Chris Christie pushed it back to ensure that everyone that was involved in the creation of the legislation were able to attend. The bill will provide in-state tuition rates for illegal immigrants. Christie negotiated with Democrats, including removing language that called for state aid to be available.
