CHRISTIE PICK FOR STATE SUPREME COURT OK’ED BY COMMITTEE

It’s a green light by the Senate Judiciary Committee for Governor Christie’s selection to serve on the New Jersey Supreme Court.  The committee voted 13-0 in favor of the appointment of Faustino Fernandez-Vina to the state’s highest court.  Democrats on the committee grilled Fernandez-Vina but approved his appointment anyway.
