It appears as though Gov. Chris Christie has a decent chance at qualifying for the main stage of the next GOP debate. CNBC is the sponsor of the next debate and it announced that any candidate that is over three percent in the national polls would be allowed on the main stage. The polls being used will be the ones from the four major networks, CNN, and Bloomberg. The next debate is Oct. 28 at 8 p.m. at the University of Colorado in Boulder. The polls being looked at will take place from Sept. 17 to Oct. 21. Christie has been averaging three percent since that date and CNBC said any candidates above 2.5 percent will be rounded up to three percent.
