CHRISTIE NOT GIVEN HIGH MARKS WHEN IT COMES TO TAXES

Gov. Chris Christie remains popular with state residents, but they don’t give him high marks when it comes to tax relief. A new Monmouth University poll says that the governor has been given a C- grade when it comes to that issue. Overall, the governor has received a 61 percent approval rating. His numbers have been greatly enhanced with his job post-Hurricane Sandy and the recovery effort that has taken place since then.
