Three South Jersey women were nominated as administrative law judges on Friday by Gov. Christie, including the daughter of former U.S. Congressman William J. Hughes. Nominated were Tama B. Hughes of Ocean City, along with Dorothy M. Incarvito-Garrabrandt of Wildwood Crest, and Catherine A. Tuohy of Atlantic City. Incarvito-Garrabrandt is currently a municipal judge in Wildwood and previously a judge in West Cape May. The three await approval by the state Senate.
