New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will not be taxing millionaires in the Garden State. New Jersey State Treasurer Andrew Sidamon-Eristoff announced that Governor Christie will not consider a new tax on millionaires in the state to help balance the budget. Sidamon-Eristoff testified befor ethe Assembly Budget Committee which is tackling the governor’s new spending plan. Republican allege that taxing millionaires would drive them out of state and actually lose money for New Jersey.
