Congress will pass Hurricane Sandy aid if Gov. Chris Christie has anything to say about. Christie said he was on the phone all weekend with members of Congress who said they are going to provide New Jersey with the same support that other states were given after natural disasters. Christie has been pushing for the final aid bill, which is $51 billion, to be passed during a vote on Tuesday. The governor has noted on a number of occasions that the state waited much longer than others to get the aid.
