Gov. Chris Christie is refuting a report that says he lost 85 pounds since having lap-band surgery. The governor wouldn’t get into how much weight he has lost noting it is a private issue. The New York Times report suggested that Christie told a group of supporters about the weight loss total. Christie has said before the decision was a personal one and he hopes he will be around longer for his wife and family as a result.
