A new poll says Gov. Chris Christie’s attempt to block gay marriage isn’t hurting his political campaign. Likely voters back the Republican governor 62 – 33 percent over State Sen. Barbara Buono, his Democratic challenger, according to a Quinnipiac University poll. A majority of voters back gay marriage legalization in the state, but still support Christie. Buono has one more debate next week in her hope to change voter’s minds.
