On Wednesday at noon Governor Chris Christie will hold another economic summit in Atlantic City. Christie will meet with casino, political and labor leaders to discuss this year’s 29 percent property tax increase and local government costs. The first summit was held in September to help solve the struggling economy in and around Atlantic City. The governor has not yet revealed a strategy to revive the struggling casino industry. New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney says he does not want Atlantic City to become “another Detroit”.
