CHRISTIE GOT BON JOVI’S APPROVAL TO USE MUSIC

Some wondered if Gov. Chris Christie had approval to use the music of Bon Jovi during his campaign announcement. Jon Bon Jovi confirmed later in the day on Tuesday that he had allowed Christie to use it. Bon Jovi and his wife hosted a fundraiser for Hillary Clinton the same week but said his friendships are not politically based. A spokeswoman for the campaign told the media that Christie didn’t reach out to Bruce Springsteen about using his music.
