They are talking again. Republican Governor Chris Christie and democratic leaders in Trenton have opened talks again on ways to end the crisis facing the Transportation Trust Fund. Dozens of transportation construction projects have been halted over the past eight weeks since the Fund ran out of cash. Christie met with Assembly Speaker Vince Prieto on Monday, and will meet with Senate President Steve Sweeney later this week.
