CHRISTIE CONTINUES ADVISORY PANEL ON ATLANTIC CITY

A group Gov. Chris Christie put together to look for answers about Atlantic City will be extended. The governor is giving additional time to the seven member New Jersey Gaming, Sports, and Entertainment Advisory Commission, as Atlantic City continues to struggle with four casinos closed this year alone. Christie also is dealing with the setback of sports betting being shut down by the courts, a move he was hoping would enhance the casino industry.
