A new nuclear power plant could be coming to New Jersey. Gov. Chris Christie said on Tuesday it is one of a few options he is taking a look at to further the energy resources of the state. The Governor would not throw his 100 percent support behind the idea, but said it is on the table. Christie also scaled back the plan that put into place by then Gov. Jon Corzine regarding renewable energy. The new goal is to get the state’s energy use to 22.5 percent renewable, instead of 30 percent.
