Lt. Governor Kim Guadagno was prepared to deliver a speech at the New Jersey League of Municipalities convention in Atlantic City..that was until her boss, Governor Christie, decided to step in at the last minute instead. Guadagno told reporters she was ready to give the speech but was told Christie was coming in to town instead to deliver one of his own. Christie’s office did not like the text of the speech which led to the last minute change.
