Gov. Chris Christie penned a letter to President Barack Obama to demand the return of a cop killer. The woman, Joanne Chesimard, was found guilty in 1977 of murdering a state trooper in 1973. Chesimard found political refuge in Cuba and has not answered for the penalties of the conviction. Obama announced last week that relations between the two countries would be loosened some from the rigid embargo that had been in place for roughly 50 years.
