CHRISTIE ARRIVES IN FORT LEE TO APOLOGIZE

Gov. Chris Christie held true to his word and went to Fort Lee on Thursday to apologize regarding Bridgegate. The incident took place in September when two of three lanes were closed to the George Washington Bridge without communication and appear to have been politically driven because the mayor of Fort Lee didn’t endorse Christie in his reelection bid. Christie fired key aides claiming he had no knowledge of the true bases of the closures.
