Governor Chris Christie did not leave Wildwood with a warm and fuzzy feeling on Friday. Christie attended the 133rd annual New Jersey State Firemen’s Convention at the Wildwoods Convention Center, and got a chorus of boos when he was introduced. Christie is planning to change the compensation for public employees, and paid firefighters do not support the changes. Today, good weather is in the forecast for the annual parade that attracts thousands to the Wildwoods. Many of the hotels and motels in the Wildwoods are booked for the convention.
