CHEECH AND CHONG CHRISTMAS: LEGAL WEED ABOUT TO BECOME LAW IN NEW JERSEY

Both the New Jersey Senate and Assembly have passed landmark legislation in New Jersey that will permit recreational marijuana use and dispensing in the Garden State.  All that’s needed for the bill to become law is a stroke of the pen by Governor Phil Murphy.  Various rules and regulations regarding legal cannabis are included in the package of legislation.
