A 35 year old Lower Township man has been formally indicted for a second time by a grand jury on charges that he killed a three year old boy. Charles R. Kane Jr. learned Tuesday that he was indicted on one count of murder and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Authorities believe that Kane is the man who who killed Elijah Ulbrich while Kane was babysitting the boy in North Wildwood. Ulbrich lapsed into a coma and died three weeks after he was beaten.
