Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel announced that murder charges have now been filed against a man and a woman in connection with the carjacking and kidnapping of a man at an Atlantic City casino. 44 year old Craig Arno of Atlantic City and 24 year old Jessica Kisby of Egg Harbor Township now face murder and felony counts in connection with the death of 47 year old Martin Caballero. Housel says Caballero was stabbed to death.
