A Millville man has been charged for two rapes that took place in the city. Daniel Cruz Jr., has been charged in the two incidents. He was charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Cruz was placed in the Cumberland County Jail on $200,000 bail.
