A new location, and a smaller size with reduced costs. That’s the new plan for Stone Harbor’s September 11th Memorial which will now be constructed on a small parcel of land between Seng Place and Second Avenue. Councilwoman Joan Kramar made the announcement during the Tuesday Borough Council meeting, citing some community opposition to the original location and project costs.
