CASH REWARD OFFERED FOR STOLEN AMERICAN FLAG

The Corcoran family of North Wildwood has offered a cash reward for the return of the American flag that draped their brother’s casket. Patrick Corcoran was lost at sea during the Vietnam War and the family has been flying the flag on holidays for the past ten years. It was stolen from the flagpole in the early morning hours of July 4th. The theft is under investigation by the North Wildwood Police, but the family will not press charges if the flag is returned.
