A North Carolina man has been arrested and charged with committing a robbery at a CVS store in Lower Township on Sunday. Dustin A. Washington of Charlotte was charged with robbery and making terroristic threats. He was eventually found and arrested on Bucknell Avenue in Del Haven; he is also wanted for a robbery in his home state.
