A 51 year old man from Carney’s Point has been sentenced to five years in prison for distributing child pornography on the internet. Robert N. Mahmud received the prison term and must serve at least half of the term in prison before becoming eligible for parole. He had in his possession approximately 250 files of child sex abuse photos.
