CARL ICHAN PURCHASES DEBT WITH CHELSEA HOTEL

Carl Ichan has rolled the dice once again in Atlantic City.  Ichan has purchased the debt associated with the Chelsea Hotel, according to NJ.com.  Ichan took over the mortgage on the property back on May 16th.
