The Beach Theater in Cape May could still be saved from demolition. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the non-profit Beach Theater Foundation took part in three hours of testimony yesterday at the Atlantic City Civil Courts. Judge Valerie Armstrong will issue an opinion in two weeks on whether a lawsuit settlement between Frank Investments and the City of Cape May should be blocked, allowing the theater to be demolished.
