On Saturday Cape May VFW Post 386 held a “Welcome Home” celebration for four local soldiers returning from a one-year deployment in the Middle East. Andrew Haungs, Bill Omrod, Ben Steifel and Tim Duskerwitz were escorted by the NamKnights and Town Bank Fire Company from their fire house to the VFW post in Cape May. State Assemblyman Bob Andrzejczak and Sen. Jeff VanDrew were among those in attendance who thanked the young men for their service.
