Cape May’s city council meets Tuesday and will consider an amendment to its beach tag ordinance. Details of the amendment are not included on the Council agenda. Cape May will also consider a resolution that will allow Atlantic City Electric to use a portion of the Bank Street Parking lot for a staging area for a substation project.
