CAPE MAY TABLES OUTDOOR DINING DISCUSSION, FOR NOW

Cape May has tabled its discussion regarding increasing the fees for patio dining areas, for now.  Mayor Ed Mahaney asked that the measure be tabled during this week’s Council meeting so more study can be conducted.  Another ordinance that was also tabled for now would establish fees and regulate seasonal outdoor seating in the city.  The local chamber also asked the city to take no action on these ordinances so they can be further studied.
