CAPE MAY SETS TRICK-OR-TREATING TIME

The City of Cape May has decided when children will be allowed to trick-or-treat. City officials voted in favor of allowing children to collect candy between 5 and 7 p.m. on Halloween, which is a Sunday this year. Police protection will be provided, but city officials remind parents to provide proper supervision.
