CAPE MAY, PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE FAIL TO REACH DEAL ON COPS

An attempt to negotiate an amicable agreement between the Cape May Police Department and the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office is a no go.  Cape May city officials say they were unable to resolve a dispute between an appointed monitor to oversee the police department’s operations.  Oral arguments in the case have been presented to Superior Court Judge J. Christopher Gibson who will likely now have to render a decision
