Cape May Police are looking for a man and a woman in a theft in the community. Police there say the incident took place inside of Shades of Cape May, on the Washington Street Mall. The female suspect has multiple tattoos on her arms and chest. She also has the name “Jasmine” tattooed on her back. The male party has numerous tattoos and was carrying a cane.
