A retired police officer who recently passed away will be remembered with a fund to help the community. Cape May Police are honoring Captain Nick Fedoroff, a 25 year veteran of the Cape May Police Department, with the Captain Nick Fedoroff Community Kindness Fund. The fund’s objective is to continue the work Captain Fedoroff saw as routine part of life – extending a little kindness to others, according to the release.
