A 20 year old man from Cape May was killed early Tuesday morning in a single vehicle motor vehicle accident in Lower Township. Township Police say Ryan W. Cluff of Cape May was driving a Ford pickup truck when his vehicle went off Fishing Creek Road, approaching Shunpike Road, and hit a utility pole. Cluff was extricated from the motor vehicle by fire department personnel. Cluff was pronounced dead at the scene.
