CAPE MAY INN THAT CAUGHT FIRE IS BACK OPEN

A popular Cape May restaurant is open again, just five days after a major fire.  The Press of Atlantic City reports that the Merion Inn in Cape May opened for business on Tuesday evening, and will remain open this week through the New Year’s holiday.  Last week, the Merion Inn suffered a major fire that damaged the upper floors of the establishment.  There’s been no official word on the exact cause of last week’s fire.
