Cape May city officials are expected to make a decision early next month on the latest round of bids regarding its convention center project. Cape May officials opened a fourth round of bids for the project during a meeting on Tuesday. The low bidder for the convention hall work was Arthur J. Ogren Inc. of Vineland; its bid was just over $7.5 million. The Ogren bid beat another bid by a scant $6,000. The new convention center is expected to be a one story building; the old convention hall has been torn down.
