The Cape May County Tourism Department is once again an award winner. The department won the 2010 Governor’s Tourism Award for the geocaching program. An awards ceremony is being held at the New Jersey Governor’s Conference on Tourism’s Opening Session on April 15 at Trump Marina Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. Tourism Director Diane Wieland said the program has been extremely effective in providing visitors a different sort of activity for when they come down the shore.
